Cadence and Inspirada are among the newest master-planned communities in Henderson, and the work we get called for here looks different from the older neighborhoods closer to our Summerside Ct base. Cadence opened in 2014 and is still building out across six named sub-neighborhoods with a mix of national builders, centered on its 50-acre Central Park; Inspirada, further southwest, leans on its own network of heated pools and sports fields. These are mostly homes built within the last 5-10 years, so it's less about repairing worn-out original fixtures and more about the punch-list items new-construction homes tend to need after the builder walkthrough, plus a steady stream of move-in furniture and TV mounting.
It's a longer drive from our base than Green Valley, so we typically schedule this corridor on set days rather than same-day — worth knowing if you're booking here. One thing specific to both communities: fiber internet and smart-home wiring are standard in most Cadence homes, so TV mounts and media console installs here more often involve routing for a wall-mounted access point or mesh router alongside the TV itself.
