The Green Valley Ranch corridor along Pecos and Eastgate mixes newer condo and apartment-style construction with established single-family blocks, anchored by The District at Green Valley Ranch — the outdoor shopping and dining strip that draws a lot of foot traffic and, with it, a fair number of small commercial handyman calls from the retail spaces nearby. It's about a 10-minute drive from our Summerside Ct base.
Newer construction here means fewer major structural repairs, but a higher volume of assembly work — new residents furnishing units, mounting TVs, and hanging shelving in condos with concrete or block walls that need the right anchors, not standard drywall hardware. Turnover in this corridor runs higher than the older Green Valley subdivisions, so move-in and move-out work stays fairly constant year-round.
TV mounting on concrete and block walls — common in this area's newer condo construction, and it needs different anchoring than drywall.
Furniture assembly for move-ins, plus window blinds and treatment installs for units delivered without them.
Small fixture and repair jobs for retail and restaurant spaces around The District — quick turnarounds worked in between residential stops in the corridor.
A regular stop in the District corridor since 2022 — written estimates, no upselling, and we come back free if something's not right.
