Seven Hills is an Italian-inspired master-planned community — over 1,300 acres and 3,000-plus homes spread across more than twenty distinct sub-neighborhoods, built out mostly through the 2000s-2010s by a mix of builders including Lennar and Pardee. Paired with the adjacent MacDonald Ranch corridor, it runs upscale: larger custom and semi-custom homes, more elaborate finishes, and a lot of the frameless glass, custom cabinetry, and higher-end fixture work that comes with bigger primary suites and open kitchens. It's a bit further from our Summerside Ct base than Green Valley proper, so we typically batch appointments in this corridor together to keep response times tight.
Newer builds here mean fewer emergency repairs and more upgrade-driven work — homeowners replacing builder-grade fixtures with higher-end finishes a few years after move-in. The corridor's four community parks (Allegro, Puccini, Sonata, and Vivaldi) and proximity to Sloan Canyon's trail network also mean a good number of outdoor-adjacent calls: patio fixtures, gate hardware, and exterior door repair on homes that get more sun and foot traffic than interior-facing lots.
