Silverado
Ranch

Silverado Ranch is a Henderson community built out mostly through the 1990s and 2000s (the median home dates to around 2001), spread across 20-plus subdivisions of Spanish Mission and ranch-style homes — tile roofs, stucco exteriors, and generally bigger lots than the newer, tighter-packed master-plans closer to our base. It sits on the far side of our coverage radius toward the Las Vegas/Henderson line, so we schedule this corridor on set visit days.

The bigger lots here mean more fencing, gate, and exterior hardware work per visit than the condo-heavy corridors, and the age of the housing stock puts it in a similar bucket to Green Valley for the kind of original-fixture repairs we get called for. It's also a common stop for first-time buyers given the price point, which keeps a steady stream of move-in work coming through.

What We See Most Here

Stucco and exterior repairs typical of the neighborhood's late-90s/2000s Spanish Mission-style construction.

Fencing, gate, and exterior hardware work on the bigger lots common here compared to newer, tighter-lot communities.

Move-in assembly and fixture updates for a neighborhood with steady turnover among first-time buyers.
